In collaboration with AXIS’ team, we supported them in taking a problem and creating a dynamic solution to the mortgage lending industry’s opportunity and education gap.
Axis Lending Academy works to bring fresh, driven & diverse talent into starting positions in the Mortgage Lending Industry. Our work with the AXIS team was both in the development of their brand and business strategy and the design & execution of their marketing.
Here’s a look at our approach:
1) Dynamic and engaging course material that helps the learner digest the content easily. We worked with a wide array of educators to develop the Axis Lending Academy education approach.
Our approach involved:
- integrating an interactive online course
- designing and formatting daily workbooks
- technology research and integration for live classes and open office hours
- building out an easy-to-use testing software to track learner’s progress
2) The next part of the project revolved around a bright, youthful, and engaging website. The purpose of the website was to enroll learner prospects and inform lenders on how they can get involved with the non-profit. From the use of white space to creating a fun and electric color palette, our team had a lot of fun making this playful approach to education and lift.
3) With so many avenues for people to get involved with the nonprofit, ongoing strategic support was necessary to continue to grow the non-profit’s reach. While the company executes on the fulfillment aspects of Axis Lending Academy, Bianca Broos serves as the Executive Vice President, Founding Board Member, and Strategic Advisor to AXIS.
