I didn’t come to Engel & Völkers through a traditional real estate path. I worked as a Brand Advisor to a top performing team & proved myself in helping them grow over the last 8 years, in tandem with my nearly two decades as a Business Strategist & Brand Agency Owner. My experience has proven to me that how something is built is just as important as what it becomes.
My role here is to build a shop where our advisors can grow their business with structure, clarity, and confidence. I serve as License Partner of Sonoma County and Regional Manager of our Sonoma County & Marin County Shops. As someone who has spent decades helping professionals lead with purpose and present their work in a way that truly reflects who they are.

My background spans strategy, brand architecture, and business development. I’ve worked with leaders across 30+ industries, including 10 years in the housing space, to refine their presence and clarify their approach. Over the years, I’ve seen how rare it is to find a brokerage that actually supports the full business of being an advisor.
So instead of looking for that kind of model, I decided to build it.

My work happens behind the scenes, but it’s not invisible. It’s intentional. It’s direct. And it’s designed to help our advisors spend more time doing what they do best.
