January 2024 Update: Growth & Heading to IMB 2025

We’re two weeks into the new year, and the glitter on the floor has (finally) been fully swept up. Now it’s time to roll up our sleeves and start pushing for the vision and goals we all said yes to as the clock strikes midnight.

A new year brings a promise of new beginnings, but in order to make those promises tangible, it takes action and risk. 

This is a year where we’re being called to the mat, to push for the viability of our organizations and our careers. In a dynamic market like this, we must remain nimble to changing conditions, committed to our integrity, and ready to take on new challenges.

I’m pleased to welcome Anthony Galiano as my Executive Vice President at Bianca Broos Company. Anthony brings 27 years of expertise in scaling mortgage operations and developing go-to-market strategies for both established lenders and emerging solutions providers. 

Anthony brings a wealth of experience, a fresh perspective, and a shared dedication to helping our clients scale efficiently & effectively. From the moment we started working together (advisor to advisor) nearly 3 years ago, it was clear he shared my vision of empowering this industry to build better. 

Betterment isn’t shiny – no it’s a practice in grit and vulnerability. To push for a place of better you first have to admit you aren’t where you want to be. And then you’ve got to put in the work to get to that next level that you’re aiming for. 

It’s not perfection, it’s an invitation. We can all aim for better.

Anthony’s strategic mindset and proven leadership are already inspiring my team and I to think bigger and aim higher. I’m beyond excited for you to meet him and experience the energy he brings to our organization.
